What you'll do

• Direct and evaluate operations across apartment communities
• work with property and maintenance managers on resident issues, staffing, rental rates, and maintenance projects
• obtain vendor quotes and negotiate contracts
• visit and inspect properties
• review occupancy reports and compliance
• analyze occupancy trends and turnover
• prepare summary reports and annual budget reports
• plan major maintenance and renovations
• coach and develop employees.
