Front Office Specialist

What you'll do

• Greet clinic guests
• answer phones professionally
• collect patient payments
• check patients out and schedule follow-up visits
• verify insurance benefits and obtain treatment authorization for new patients
• prepare charts and confirm appointments
• process electronic medical record faxes
• prepare patient reports and monitor discharges
• complete end-of-day paperwork and payment reports
• maintain a clean workstation and waiting area.
