What you'll do

• Estimate commercial HVAC projects from drawings and specifications
• develop budgets, schedules, and manpower plans
• coordinate projects from preconstruction through completion
• solicit vendor and subcontractor pricing
• manage costs, labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractor performance
• process RFIs, change orders, and documentation
• coordinate with general contractors and other trades
• conduct jobsite visits
• monitor progress against schedules and budgets
• support warranty follow-up
• mentor field personnel.
