This position supports the Ready Mix Concrete line of business at Heidelberg Materials, a global leader in building materials. The role exists to drive business growth and strengthen customer relationships by identifying new opportunities and managing contract negotiations. The Sales Representative provides technical product expertise and collaborates with operations and customer service teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

What you'll do

• Grow sales by identifying new opportunities, increasing market share, and building strong customer relationships.
• Provide product expertise and customer support to help customers achieve successful project outcomes.
• Manage pricing, quotations, contract negotiations, and customer issue resolution.
• Utilize CRM tools and market intelligence to track performance, uncover opportunities, and monitor industry trends.
• Partner with Operations, Customer Service, and Sales teams to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional service.
