Patient Resolutions Specialist

The Patient Resolutions Specialist role is onsite in Dallas, TX. Pay is $18 per hour, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The role supports patient account resolution through research, communication, negotiation, and timely follow-up. The specialist works with patients, attorneys, insurance representatives, collectors, and internal teams to clarify account information and resolve outstanding balances. Accurate documentation and careful handling of confidential patient and financial information support effective account management.

What you'll do

• Negotiate and communicate with attorneys about motor vehicle accident accounts, including settlement information requests and account resolution
• research, obtain, review, and update patient insurance and account information
• review balances and supporting documentation, including employee educational program balances and bankruptcy information
• process collector requests for charity care applications, itemized statements, and related materials
• document account activity and complete assigned research, follow-up, and resolution work while protecting confidential information.
