What you'll do

• Inspect buildings, equipment, and grounds
• perform general repairs involving basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and HVAC support
• respond to work orders
• conduct scheduled preventive maintenance
• maintain tools and supplies
• assist with campus event setup, furniture moves, and room changes
• support safety procedures
• coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed
• document completed work.
