What you'll do

• Welcome clients and dogs
• manage check-ins and check-outs
• explain wellness services and membership options
• support enrollment, retention, scheduling, and forward booking
• communicate service updates and S.C.E.N.T. Check findings
• handle calls, messages, payments, and questions
• coordinate with grooming and Scent Tech teams
• maintain clean and organized shared spaces
• follow safety and sanitation procedures
• handle follow-up tasks and customer concerns.
