Senior Mechanical Project Manager

The Senior Mechanical Project Manager position is onsite in Washington, DC, with a salary of $130,000–$180,000 per year. What you'll do

• Lead a portfolio of large commercial mechanical projects involving HVAC, plumbing, piping, and sheet metal
• own budgets, forecasts, schedules of values, billing, and margin
• drive buyout, procurement, and subcontract negotiations
• manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and claims
• mentor project managers, assistant project managers, and project engineers
• oversee MEP coordination
• champion jobsite safety and quality.
