What you'll do

• Lead daily operations for direct-action training support
• ensure compliance with DD-254, NISPOM, Privacy Act, eCMRA, and PRS thresholds
• manage transition risk mitigation and provide weekly updates
• manage staffing and coverage and ensure personnel maintain required tactical and weapons qualifications
• enforce drug-free environment, Lautenberg/NCIC compliance, and movement waiver processes.
