What you'll do

• Maintain and administer NetPlus infrastructure and its accessibility and performance
• conduct server patching and support security compliance
• generate line, circuit, usage, and custom reports
• configure NetPlus for accurate Call Detail Reporting
• maintain system documentation
• provide technical support
• support telecommunications configuration management.
