What you'll do

• Manage a high-volume caseload involving complex financial issues and high-conflict matters
• prepare a lead attorney for litigation and trial
• organize case materials, witnesses, and exhibits
• draft pleadings, requests for orders, discovery, declarations, stipulations, and trial documents
• research statutes and case law
• follow up with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and other parties
• collaborate with the lead attorney and broader team.
