What you'll do

• Lead jobsite safety and enforce company and project safety requirements
• plan and supervise daily drilled shaft and miscellaneous foundation work
• monitor production and workmanship and implement corrective actions
• review plans, specifications, and contract documents
• coordinate crews, schedules, materials, concrete deliveries, and steel cage activities
• manage foundation equipment inspection, operation, and maintenance
• work with FDOT representatives, inspectors, agencies, and project stakeholders
• resolve field issues while supporting schedule, quality, and budget objectives.
