What you'll do

• Lead foremen and field crews
• establish a culture of safety, professionalism, teamwork, and performance
• manage crews, work phases, and jobsite activities
• plan daily and weekly work and three-week look-ahead schedules
• coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and vendors
• maintain field schedules and protect milestones
• oversee concrete operations according to plans and specifications
• monitor productivity
• reduce downtime and rework
• enforce safety standards and quality requirements
• support field reporting and communication with project managers and leadership.
