What you'll do

• Greet members and assess their needs
• process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
• input consumer loan applications and prepare required documents
• open deposit accounts and initiate credit union services
• provide account and product information
• recommend products based on needs assessments
• investigate member account concerns
• follow security, CTR, SAR, and negotiable-item procedures
• attend and support external business development and loan sales events.
