What you'll do

• Underwrite investment opportunities for portfolio companies and present recommendations to the investment committee
• monitor credit investments and report on company performance and industry trends
• drive deal execution and stakeholder relationships
• develop and review financial models and valuations
• support amendment negotiations and deal structuring
• coordinate transaction documentation
• partner with restructuring on workouts
• and mentor junior team members.
