What you'll do

• Install, service, and maintain low-voltage and communications cabling
• pull cables, rack and stack equipment, and manage cables
• clean fiber and copper connections and perform basic troubleshooting
• follow MOP and CMOP guidelines
• use work-ticket systems
• read port maps
• perform power distribution and cable management
• coordinate work orders
• document work
• maintain equipment and supply inventory
• respond to emergency situations during or after hours
• escalate complex issues
• conduct service swaps of live networking devices.
