Information Technology Operations Manager

The Information Technology Operations Manager role is onsite in Des Plaines, IL, with compensation of $120,000–$140,000 per year. What you'll do

• Lead and develop the IT operations team
• set priorities and operating standards
• own IT service management, service desk operations, SLAs, and ticket performance
• improve IT operations tools and platforms
• serve as final escalation point for critical infrastructure incidents
• manage vendors, contracts, budget, licensing, and renewals
• maintain and improve the acquisition integration playbook
• coordinate technology onboarding for acquired businesses
• partner with the VP of Technology and business leaders
• travel approximately 5–10% for site visits and acquisition meetings.
