Floating Leasing Agent

Job overview

The Floating Leasing Agent role is onsite and travels between apartment communities in Windsor Mill, Randallstown, and Milford Mill, MD. Compensation is $20–$22 per hour. What you'll do

• Provide leasing coverage at multiple apartment communities
• assist prospective and current residents
• conduct tours and lease apartments to qualified applicants
• process applications and prepare lease and move-in documents
• support renewals and resident retention
• track leads and leasing activity
• submit and follow service requests
• maintain model apartments and show-ready units
• review renters insurance compliance
• assist with resident communications
• follow Fair Housing requirements and maintain key control and property security.
