The Entry-Level Automotive Prepper role is onsite in Belton, MO, at 15511 E 155th St. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 3:30 p.m. to 2:30 a.m., with overtime opportunities; compensation is not specified. Carvana prepares vehicles at reconditioning centers before they reach customers. The prepper prepares vehicles for paint by sanding, masking, taping, bagging, teardown, and buffing. This work helps ready vehicles for inspection and sale, with training programs available to support skill and pay progression.

What you'll do

• Prepare vehicles for paint, including sanding, masking, taping, bagging, unbagging and teardown, and buffing
• use tools and equipment safely
• work in a production environment and be available for mandatory overtime based on business needs.
