• Build customer relationships and help customers select vehicles

• negotiate prices and complete sales or purchase contracts
• meet sales goals
• learn product offerings and technology
• follow up with buyers
• report objectives and activities to the Sales Manager
• investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints.
