What you'll do

• Understand client hiring needs
• source and submit resumes
• promote open positions to candidates
• screen applicants
• maintain records of client and employee interactions
• interview, hire, and manage candidate pools
• manage field employees, including attendance, coaching, and terminations
• conduct client visits and attend job fairs as needed
• handle client check-ins onsite at warehouses.
