Floating Assistant Community Manager

What you'll do

• Support daily leasing office operations
• supervise leasing staff activities
• review applications and move-out statements
• assist with lease renewals and rent increases
• coordinate move-ins with leasing and maintenance staff
• maintain resident and vendor files and account records
• prepare reports, notices, work orders, and budget materials
• recruit, train, and develop staff
• participate in leasing meetings and staff selection.
