The Healthcare Human Resources Business Partner role is onsite in Missoula, MT, with compensation of $67,288–$100,963 per year. The full-time schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; occasional night or weekend hours may be needed to support 24/7 operations. The role reports to the Human Resources Director and supports assigned client groups. The HR Business Partner advises front-line managers and delivers strategic and tactical HR support aligned with financial and talent goals. The role helps client groups work in alignment with the organization’s strategic plan and people strategy while upholding its core values.
