The ERP Project Manager, Enterprise Systems Implementation role is remote, with occasional onsite collaboration preferred in Phoenix, AZ or San Antonio, TX. The manager leads enterprise software deployments from planning through post-production support, coordinating technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver integrations, rollouts, and operational transitions on schedule and in line with business objectives.

What you'll do

• Lead full lifecycle enterprise platform implementations through stabilization
• maintain schedules, milestones, resource plans, dependencies, and risk strategies
• manage concurrent initiatives
• coordinate configuration, integrations, testing, and deployment
• lead go-live readiness
• conduct post-launch evaluations
• serve as liaison among business teams, leadership, technical resources, and external partners
• coordinate change management, training, user adoption, data migration, and system integrations
• maintain implementation documentation and contribute to PMO improvements.
