What you'll do

• Assist with activities of daily living, ambulation, and exercises
• support medication assistance under nurse direction
• record vital signs and blood sugar
• prepare meals
• provide emotional and cognitive support
• document care
• report changes to the nurse
• clean apartments and common areas
• handle laundry and meal service.
