What you'll do

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans
• administer prescribed medications and treatments and monitor their effects
• educate and support patients and families
• perform wound care, catheter care, and other nursing procedures as needed
• document progress in Epic and follow regulatory standards
• coordinate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
• follow infection-control protocols
• participate in professional development and training.
