What you'll do

• Lead floor shifts, including drive-thru and the morning rush
• help hire, train, and cross-train crew members and shift leaders
• coach team members and address performance issues
• maintain Dunkin’ standards for quality, speed, and cleanliness
• roll out menu items, promotions, and marketing
• monitor labor, food costs, and cash and review results with the General Manager
• support food safety, cleanliness, and preventive maintenance
• earn and maintain ServSafe certification.
