What you'll do

• Follow the restaurant training program and management direction
• greet guests, record orders, and serve food and beverages
• prepare menu items according to cooking instructions and safety and sanitation requirements
• use kitchen equipment
• clear tables, sweep and mop floors, sanitize kitchen utensils and high-touch areas, and service restrooms
• handle guest concerns professionally
• follow food, cash, and cost-control guidelines.
