The Preschool Teacher role is onsite in Greensboro, NC, with compensation of $15.05–$18.05 per hour. Cadence Education provides early childhood education through research-based curricula and classroom programs designed to support children and families. The teacher supports daily classroom operations and curriculum delivery, helping create a safe, nurturing environment for children’s physical, social, emotional, developmental, and behavioral needs. The role also builds positive relationships with families and supports safety and licensing compliance.

What you'll do

• Support a positive, inclusive classroom
• greet children and families
• recognize and respond to individual developmental, behavioral, cultural, and learning needs, including following IEPs and behavioral plans as directed
• assist the Lead Teacher with developmentally appropriate curriculum and Cadence Signature Programs
• communicate with families, coworkers, and leadership using approved tools
• follow safety and supervision procedures and document incidents
• support behavior documentation and escalation
• participate in required meetings, training, and professional development.

Why this role

Associate or bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or a related field is preferred but not required if state licensing requirements are met. Must meet state teacher licensing qualifications and obtain required background clearances and health screenings; CDA is preferred but not required if state requirements are satisfied. Schedules may vary and are not guaranteed to be eight-hour shifts.
