What you'll do

• Develop and deliver training curriculum and materials for OSHA, safety, compliance, and regulatory education
• deliver instructor-led, virtual, field-based, and online programs
• conduct onboarding and safety orientations
• coordinate certifications and renewals
• administer the LMS and maintain training records
• assess training effectiveness and improve programs
• conduct field observations
• partner with Safety leadership on incident investigations
• assist with audits
• report training metrics.
