What you'll do

• Establish the master project schedule and budget
• support contractor prequalification, bidding, and contract negotiations
• coordinate design activities, permitting, and constructability reviews
• manage cost estimates, value engineering, cash flow, and change control
• track invoices and project documents
• lead project meetings
• monitor quality assurance and quality control
• coordinate closeout, inspections, and completion processes.
