Quality Control Manager

What you'll do

• Research and maintain state food-code regulations
• review and file distribution public-health inspection reports
• maintain accurate cheese and finished-goods inventory
• check dock temperatures
• ensure accurate product specification information is uploaded and entered into the allergen database
• track vendor audits and flag non-compliant vendors
• track product rejections
• maintain FDA vendor tracking records
• assist with quality assurance projects.
