What you'll do

• Source, recruit, and hire candidates for cybersecurity and IT roles in federal contracting and the Intelligence Community
• manage recruiting from requisition through sourcing, interviews, and offer negotiations
• build pipelines for future projects and specialized technical roles
• collaborate with hiring managers and program leads
• maintain applicant status in the ATS
• ensure compliance with government regulations and internal policies
• and monitor talent-market and compensation trends.
