What you'll do

• Maintain showroom presentation and merchandising standards
• monitor stockroom cleanliness and visual integrity
• coordinate opening, closing, inventory, safety, and cash controls
• address client service issues
• review business performance and recommend adjustments
• coach associates on service, upselling, and CRM use
• monitor sales and operational metrics
• serve as leader on duty and escalate issues.
