Painter — Multifamily Property Maintenance

The Painter role is onsite covering properties in St. Cloud, MN, with the listing location in Waite Park, MN; pay is $17–$25 per hour. INH Properties manages multifamily apartment communities across Minnesota and Iowa and says the work contributes to residents’ living environments. The painter prepares and finishes apartment surfaces and maintains painting supplies and equipment. The role works with community managers to determine requirements and supports upkeep of the company’s multifamily properties.

What you'll do

• Coordinate painting requirements with community managers
• operate painting equipment
• protect surfaces
• prepare surfaces by washing, filling, and sanding
• apply primer and finishes
• mix and match paint and stain
• maintain supplies
• remove and reinstall fixtures as needed.
