Service Account Manager

What you'll do

• Manage existing service customer and building-owner accounts
• develop, renew, and expand service agreements
• identify retrofit, upgrade, replacement, and small-project opportunities
• conduct account reviews, site walks, and budget conversations
• partner with internal teams on proposals
• maintain pipeline, forecasts, CRM activity, and follow-up.
