What you'll do

• Prepare requests for funds
• enter pending check and wire payments
• monitor trust accounts for incoming funds and post money to project files
• print checks and send wires under internal procedures
• notify payees when funds are available
• assist with lien waivers and check distribution
• respond to customer inquiries
• scan and file documentation
• invoice for services
• review monthly reports
• follow procedures and suggest operational improvements.
