What you'll do

• Manage power supply, purchasing, energy-market, and transmission activities
• develop resource-planning strategies
• evaluate resource needs through forecasting and adequacy assessments
• monitor electricity, natural gas, transmission, and environmental markets
• assess supply alternatives, contracts, and risks
• coordinate resource planning and scheduling
• develop power budgets and analyze costs
• support electric-rate analyses
• evaluate efficiency, distributed, renewable, and storage resources
• coordinate with generation operations
• support environmental and regulatory compliance
• represent the company with industry partners
• and prepare reports, forecasts, and recommendations.
