What you'll do

• Coordinate in-field activity to achieve agreed targets and improve sales results
• create, implement, and communicate the District Sales Plan and monitor progress. Lead collaborative business execution, develop product, disease-state, and market knowledge, coach and develop team members, hold direct reports accountable, and provide direction and insights to internal partners.
