What you'll do

• Maintain customer-service standards
• monitor service revenue, average ticket, client count, rebooking, and product sales
• manage staffing, scheduling, recruitment, training, performance, safety, and compliance
• manage inventory and budget
• review financial reports and implement sales strategies
• resolve client concerns
• perform services
• coach and mentor staff
• coordinate training and interviews
• work with marketing on client acquisition, promotions, events, and social media as needed.
