What you'll do

• Provide onsite support for point-of-sale systems, desktops, printers, thin clients, access points, and network devices. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• perform installations, upgrades, and break/fix support. Support copper and fiber cabling, including basic terminations, and document work in ticketing systems. Travel daily to listed Lowe's locations and work with remote teams on escalated issues. The role may occasionally involve working at heights of 20–25 feet and lifting up to 25 pounds.
