What you'll do

• Provide skilled nursing interventions, therapeutic teaching, and training under the plan of care
• assist with admissions and assessments
• visit long-term care and hospital facilities for outreach and marketing
• present home care services and explain admission processes
• provide hands-on care and patient education
• treat wounds, change dressings, give injections, administer enemas and medications, collect specimens, measure and record vital signs, and report patient changes to the Director of Nursing.
