The Set Up Technician – Injection Molding (Nights) role is onsite in the 60089 area of Illinois. The schedule is a 12-hour 223 night shift, 6:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m. Compensation is $25–$40 per hour, with a 10% night-shift differential. Nemera develops and manufactures drug-delivery systems for the pharmaceutical industry. The technician starts up, operates, and performs level-one productive maintenance on molding and assembly equipment, while packaging components to company and customer specifications. The work supports consistent production quality, safe equipment operation, and process improvement.

What you'll do

• Load validated master cycle parameters at machine startup
• load and align programs for automated and robotic systems
• monitor machine operation and product quality
• troubleshoot small and mid-size process issues and escalate as needed
• respond to alarms and start or stop machines
• retrieve quality documentation
• perform line clearances, mold cleaning, mold changes, color and material-lot changes, traceability documentation, assembly startup batches, and level-one TPM
• complete cycle checklists
• apply lockout/tagout to unsafe equipment
• maintain lean initiatives and company policies.
