What you'll do

• Engage students during whole-group, small-group, and one-to-one instruction
• implement IEP and 504 interventions, accommodations, and behavior strategies
• support personal needs and assistive technology when specified
• reinforce instruction and assignment completion
• track student data and maintain required logs
• participate in IEP and 504 meetings
• collaborate with teachers and case managers
• monitor arrival, dismissal, transitions, and assigned late pickup
• attend professional development and training.

Why this role

An active Illinois Board of Education paraprofessional or substitute license is required. The schedule is Monday–Thursday 7:30 AM–4:05 PM, including one after-school meeting, and Friday 7:30 AM–4:00 PM.
