What you'll do

• Oversee legal matters with an emphasis on personal injury cases.
• Collaborate with Legal Team members to develop litigation strategy.
• Proactively approach all aspects of litigation, including discovery and motion practice.
• Analyze litigation matters to participate in resolution strategy decisions.
• Manage outside counsel, including budgeting and tactical guidance.
• Provide guidance to management on litigation matters.
• Provide legal advice cross-functionally.
• Maintain communication with insurance carriers and third parties.
