What you'll do

• Conduct regular meetings with staff and advisory boards
• oversee training and development for new and existing staff
• ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• guide staff on scheduling and treatment plans
• oversee practitioners’ caseloads and treatment plans and maintain a personal patient caseload.
