CNC Milling & Turning Setup Technician

The CNC Milling & Turning Setup Technician role is onsite in New Kensington, PA, with compensation of $22–$33 per hour. Re:Build Manufacturing supports aerospace-grade component and kitting work through its Cutting Dynamics business.

What you'll do

• Set up 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC mills or lathes
• confirm machine readiness and operate vertical and horizontal machining centers after setup
• perform production and non-production jobs
• inspect work against process routing documents and record results
• troubleshoot machining or dimensional issues with supervisors and Quality
• complete reports, maintain equipment and work areas, deburr parts, and follow quality and safety procedures.

Why this role

Requires 2–5 years of CNC experience, including at least one year of hands-on setup; high school diploma or GED; blueprint fluency; and experience with measuring tools and machining operations. First shift is 6:00 AM–3:30 PM Monday–Friday; second shift is 4:00 PM–4:30 AM Monday–Thursday.
