This role utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician. The LPN will float between designated Community Mercy Hospital facilities.

What you'll do

• The Licensed Practice Nurse, utilizing theoretical concepts as a basis for decisions in practice will assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care in accordance with standards of nursing practice for adult/geriatric patients.
• The Regional Resource LPN will float between the designated Community Mercy Hospital facilities.

One year of recent bed-side LPN experience
