What you'll do

• Conduct routine and random unarmed patrols of buildings, exterior areas, access points, and perimeter locations
• monitor access and verify credentials
• respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations according to site protocols
• provide customer service
• prepare activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications.
