What you'll do

• Install, maintain, and repair ventilation and air-conditioning systems and equipment
• ensure HVAC work meets company standards and local codes
• complete apartment turns involving carpentry and skilled trades such as doors, cabinets, trim, drywall, painting, and finish work
• complete work orders, typically within 24 hours
• participate in a rotating emergency on-call schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• support seasonal property needs such as snow removal
• follow safety protocols.
